MultiTech DiFunctional D is a low molecular weight liquid polymer derived from synthetic polyisoprene rubber. It offers the performance and processing characteristics of natural rubber with the added benefit of lighter color and none of the natural impurities inherent in natural rubber products. MultiTech DiFunctional D is a high viscosity liquid at room temprature. It is a translucent, honey-colored liquid in bulk form and virtually clear in a thin film.

DiTech Thermoset Binder & Resin is a solution polymerised polyisoprene with a high cis-1,4 content. It has a high molecular weight as indicated by its Logarithmic Inherent Viscosity (LIV) value of 7.05 dl/g.

DiTech Binder & Resin A is a high viscosity polymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene. It is produced without the use of organic solvents, plasticizers and formaldehyde donors. The residual monomer content is below 1000ppm. The dispersion is characterized by a high bonding strength due to its high Mw PVOH content.

MultiTech Binder & Resin is UV-curable undercoat for metal vapor deposition. It has good adhesion not only to vapor deposition layer of aluminum, tin and indium but also to plastic substrates, such as ABS, PC(Polycarbonate) and PMMA. Automotive exterior/interior parts such as millimeter-wave radar emblems are suitable applications of UM-1273T.

CASE Ingredients Binder & Resin C is an anionic stabilized dispersion of an aliphatic urethane polymer provided at 35% solids in a blend of N-methyl pyrrolidone and water.

MultiTech MultiFunctional I is a high-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane polymer manufactured to yield essentially linear polymers in a wide range of viscosities. The viscosities generally used in formulating polishes are in the range of 100 to 30,000 cSt. It is preferable to use a blend of a low-viscosity fluid and a high-viscosity fluid (e.g. 3 parts MultiTech MultiFunctional I and 1 partMultiTech MultiFunctional I to obtain optimum results in terms of ease of application and depth of gloss. The low-viscosity silicone fluid acts as a lubricant to make polish application and rubout easier, whereas the high-viscosity silicone fluid produces a greater depth of gloss. Since these polymers are inherently water-repellent, they will cause water to bead up on a treated surface rather than penetrate the polish film.

DiTech Specialty Binder & Resin is a low molecular weight liquid polymer derived by the depolymerization of butyl rubber. It vulcanizes at either ambient or elevated temperature with the standard curatives for butyl rubber. DiTech Specialty Binder & Resin is light gray and contains no solvents or additives. DiTech Specialty Binder & Resin has the lower viscosity of the two DiTech Specialty Binder & Resin available and is the preferred liquid butyl rubber for coatings applications. DiTech Specialty Binder & Resin provides gas impermeability, chemical resistance, moisture resistance, good electrical properties, and excellent vibration/sound damping qualities.

BaseCase Multifunctional A is an acrylate - methacrylate monomer blend, containing 50% of trimethylolpropane triacrylate (TMPTA) and 50% hydroxyethylmethacrylate (HEMA). It polymerizes when exposed to sources of free radicals. BaseCase Multifunctional A is particularly useful in coatings where a good thermal and/or chemical resistance are important. It is recommended for use in: coatings where chemical and/or thermal resistance is required, and solder and etch resists.
