MultiTech Solvent B results from splitting cumene hydroperoxide with sulphuric acid. Cumene (isopropylbenzene) is obtained through the catalytic alkylation of benzene with propylene, using a solid bed catalyst. Cepsa Chemicals Phenol has excellent solubility in alcohol, ether, chloroform, glycerin, carbon disulfide, and aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons.
